Have been very bz with this roti goreng for the last 2 days. Exploring available recipes so to generate d new one. Originally, it was a traditional pau's & bun's recipes..
D reincarnation of traditional pau & roti..
It is now called Roti Goreng aka Fried Bun. The fillings coud be varied, depending on your choice.
As for these, I filled them with sardine & chicken.

Didn't manage to snap d chicken.. Finished up by the kids already.
D bun masih lembut dan sedap even on d next day.
