BINGKA ROTI

Hasil daripada penghasilan 1000 slices of fruit cakes last week, I have 2 bowls of d left over mix fruits & cakes yang pecah-pecah. Tak tau nak buat apa.. Nak buang, sayang pulak..

Selalunya, kalau buat bingka roti, i akan taburkan sedikit raisins dalam batter for better smell and taste. This time around, i rendamkan d left over fruit cakes & roti together dalam susu.

So, this is  d result. Healthy and yummy breakfast.

 Other than bz with kids and schools, I was also tight up to complete order of 1000 slices of fruits cake as door gifts for a wedding reception. 

Alhamdulillah, delivery accomplished as requested on 5th January 2012.

Congratulations to d newly wed Izam & Sarah. 

Tahniah kepada seluruh ahli keluarga Tuan Haji Musa Bin Alami and Puan Hajjah Saharah Binti Mohd Yunus  di atas kedatangan menantu perempuan baru di dalam keluarga.

BEEF LASAGNA

Dah lama tak 'go blog'. 
Kids dah mula sekolah. Bz with kids schooling and tuition. In and out, sending and fetching them to/from schools.


Well, let us begin our day with this creamy BEEF LASAGNA. 

Apa sahaja yang berkaitan dengan western menu adalah kegemaran my kids. So, kadang-kadang being a mummy kena jadi creative and rajin sikit.
