TEA-TIME WITH KAK SHA / MINUM PETANG BERSAMA KAK SHA

Siapa tak kenal Kak Sha, kalau dia bw kat mana2 pun jua... 
x henti-hentilah dia membebel... 
ogyep pernah juga bertanya pada Kak Sha.. bila masa dia memasak... bila masa dia menulis... bila masa dia bw dan bila masa pulak dia nak attend dak kerempeng & family..
Dengan selambanya dia jawab... "those things yang dia attend, are her passion.. Bila u dah jatuh cinta dengan sesuatu, masa tu akan sentiasa ada untuk setiap perkara.."

Cream-Puff is my kids favorite. 3 adunan x cukup untuk anak2...  They will pop d cream-puff, like nobody business...
Coincidently, my neighbour bloogger wendyinkk from Table for 2... or more 
posted d same n3 about this cream-puff or Choux Pastry. She posted a very detail step-by-step on how to make d cream puff.
I have went through d recipe.. 
They are d same, except that she added sugar in her recipe.

    The method for making choux is basically the same for every recipe, as in cooking the dough and beating in the eggs. But the ingredients may vary slightly. Just that.
    I love your puffs as the piping grooves stays put after baking.
    Absolutely beautiful!
