Very early morning n3 for today..
Perhaps could give you guys some idea of what to serve for breakfast..
A very simple and quick way of serving fried vermicelli.
You can always change to yellow mee or koey teow maybe..
Up 2 you, the choice is on you.

BEE HOON GORENG / FRIED VERMICELLI
BAHAN-BAHAN / INGREDIENTS
200g bee hoon / dry vermicelli
- direndam dan ditoskan / soaked & drained
2 ulas bawang putih / cloves garlic
- dikisar / blended
5 biji bawang merah / shallots - dikisar / blended
4 cili merah / red chilli
- dikisar / blended
100g taugeh / bean sprouts
10 ekor udang / shrimp
- dibuang kulat / shelled
Sedikit daging diracik halus / Some thin sliced meat
2 tbsp - kicap / soy sauce
2 tbsp - sos tiram / oyster sauce
Garam / Salt
Gula/ Sugar
CARA -CARA / METHOD :
Heat up some oil
2. Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar halus.
Stir fry the blended ingredients till fragrant.
3. Masukkan udang & daging.
Then put in shrimps & sliced meat.
Next, add in all the seasonings and follow by chilli and bean sprout
Stir well the vermicelli till coated with all the seasonings
