ogyep's BINGKA LABU aka BAKED PUMPKIN PUDDING

This Pumpkin Pudding or Bingka Labu was baked and photographed somewhere last two weeks.

D pumpkin was given to me by a friend who got it from her hometown's friend. It was given to me with a clear request.. "Kalau rajin, buatlah bingka... bolehlah kita kenduri bingka labu nanti". 

So, this was d result. Managed to bake 2 large Bingka Labu, which then were distributed to my GBS.

Dah sebut GBS ni.. kenalah explain kan what is GBS kan.. 
GBS is an abbreviation to my lovely Gang Bas Sekolah (Schools' Bus Gang)... We are the mother's who fetch and send our kids to/from school everyday. We meet  and chat everyday while waiting for school's dismissal. Meeting them is sort of a break after all the house-chores. Get together for a little news and laughter..





RESEPI BINGKA LABU (BAKED PUMPKIN PUDDING)

Bahan (Ingredients) :

400g labu (berat selepas dikukus dan dilecek)
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sb tepung ubi
4 biji telor
3/4 cawan gula
2 sb butter
1/4 sk garam
1 sk esen vanilla
2 cawan fresh milk
Sedikit bijan untuk ditabur di atas bingka

Cara (Method) : (Very d easy...)
1.  Dump in all ingredients except labu ke dalam blender.
2. Blend sehingga semua bahan sebati.
3. Masukkan ke dalam bowl untuk disatukan dengan labu yang telah siap dikukus dan dilecek tadi.
4. Mix well.
5. Tuang ke dalam loyang yang telah sedia digris dengan sedikit marjerin.
6. Spread bijan di atasnya.
6. Baked for roughly 45 min @ 160-170 degree.
